A part of the huge Taj Hotel Group redesign and re-platform project, my team also redesigned the Vivanta By Taj website, the more chic, more stylish luxury brand in the hospitality group. For design, development, and maintenance efficiencies, the Vivanta site was built on the same Adobe Experience Manager platform as the rest of the Taj Group, and used the same library of components. We then applied a customized style guide reflecting the Vivanta brand to give the site a tailored look. And we structure the site to include content unique to the Vivanta brand that would appeal to a more youthful yet sophisticated audience.
The Vivanta redesign, along with the Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces site redesign and Gateway Hotels site redesign was a part of the overall Taj Hotel Group project. It was a massive undertaking, requiring work across two continents and requiring me to spend time on both while leading a large design team.

Mobile Optimized Responsive Design
Of course, our modern design approach meant that the site was optimized to display and function on screens of all sizes, including mobile.
UX Design
The Taj Hotel sites required extensive product design and highly detailed wireframes. Through the experience design process, we structured the complex site content and defined and shaped dozens of complex functional components.
