Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces

A key part of reimagining the Taj hotel Group network of websites was a complete redesign of its flagship brand: Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces.

Built on the common component library that we had created for the Taj Group, the THRP site was the first Taj site that our team fully designed and moved into development. It was the project where we shaped much of the user experience design of the Taj ecosystem, testing, learning, and refining along the way. During the THRP design process, key members of my team and I spent quite a bit of time on-site with the leadership team at Taj, working closely in collaborative sprints to shape the site experience, design features, and solve customer experience problems.

The foundational work we did on the Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces website carried us on to design sites for Vivanta By Taj, Gateway Hotels and Resorts, and the Taj Hotel Group website.

Mobile Optimized

My team designed the Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces website responsively to ensure that it looked and work beautifully on any screen—from desktop computers to tablets and mobile phones.

UX Design

The Taj Hotel sites were thousands of pages in size, containing many layers of information and hundreds of web apps and interactive elements. To craft an outstanding customer experience on a site of that magnitude required an extensive UX design process which provided detailed wireframes to guide the visual design and development.
