For the past 25 years, I have been building brands through storytelling, digital design, and by creating great customer experiences. I’ve recruited, managed, and mentored creative and product design teams, run creative departments, led national and global accounts for iconic brands, and forged strong client relationships at every level.
From concept to completion I’ve delivered breakthrough, effective, award-winning work across a wide variety of media, including web, mobile, social, apps, digital products, video, print, out of home, interactive experiences, events, and the spaces where digital and physical converge.
I measure my success by the success of my clients and my team. I love solving problems and truly enjoy creating things that people want to engage with and that help make businesses stronger. And I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves and getting hands-on as I am with guiding the work of others.

Delivering creative strategy and consulting, senior-level UX/UI design, and SaaS product design to businesses ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations.
Industries served include higher education, e-commerce and retail, lifestyle and self-improvement, government, consumer package goods, health and beauty, business services, and healthcare.
Group Creative Director
T3 | August, 2015 – January, 2021
Creative lead for UPS, the agency’s largest account, directing teams across three offices in brand building, web design, digital product design, digital marketing, social media, customer experience design, and content creation. The account grew to eight figures under my leadership, staffed by more than a dozen creative team members. And we created the most heavily awarded body of work ever created at T3, by a long shot.
Pitched, won, and then led the Waste Management account, directing brand-building work including TV spots, print materials, event marketing, brand photoshoots, and online marketing campaigns, as well as UX enhancements to the online customer acquisition process and a redesign of wm.com.
Led digital product design projects for Home Depot, IHG, and Ingram Micro.
Associate Creative Director
SapientNitro | August, 2014 – August, 2015
Creative lead for the successful multi-million dollar Taj Hotel Group web ecosystem re-platform and redesign, directing an international team of a dozen UX and visual designers and content strategists while playing a leading role in managing and strengthening the client relationship.
Senior team member responsible for key components of the Abbott global consumer brand launch. Took over and turned around a struggling multi-million dollar launch initiative for the Abbott brand, transforming it into a successful ongoing marketing program for the business.
Managed creative, design and, UX teams for the John Deere, DeVry University, and Chrysler Mopar accounts. And led creative pitches and conceptual engagements for the agency.
Associate Creative Director
Razorfish | April, 2012 – July, 2014
Creative lead for key digital components of the Samsung Galaxy S III campaign, Samsung’s largest-ever U.S. product launch, which earned an Effie Award. This included directing and managing the efforts of dozens of designers, developers, writers, and motion graphics professionals to launch five multi-million dollar projects in six weeks.
Oversaw the design of Mexico.com, the proposed official international website of the Government of Mexico, leading the UX design, visual design, and content development for the site.
Led UX and visual design teams in re-platform and redesign projects for Essilor, and user research and customer experience enhancements for U.S. Cellular. And led and contributed to numerous new business pitches and ideation engagements.

BRUNNER | June, 2008 – April, 2012
Responsible for guiding the overall excellence of digital work across the agency, including web design, mobile, product design, online video, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and interactive exhibits and installations. Assigned and managed teams on more than a dozen accounts at a time.
Responsible for hiring, managing, and developing creative staff across three cities. Collaborated closely with account leadership to shape account strategy, then directed teams to deliver against those strategies.
Forged and grew trusted relationships with clients and senior business leaders. Played a consistent, key role in new business wins, gaining new regional, national, and global AOR accounts and projects.

BRUNNER | March, 2006 – June, 2008
Creative, design and UX lead on multiple accounts, overseeing numerous concurrent projects. Built a strong, award-winning team of digital specialists through recruitment and growth of key talent. Improved collaboration with account management and guided project teams in creative and UX best practices.
